Colorado Real Estate Alliance

Collaboration is the keystone to good public policy. With that as the foundation, the Colorado Real Estate Alliance (CREA) – founded in 2016 – is a coalition of real estate focused organizations with both residential and commercial interests, including associations and businesses that are involved in real estate construction, service, ownership, and management.

CREA and its member organizations actively engage in the stakeholder processes associated with regulations, legislation and policies that affect the real estate industry in Colorado. CREA works in partnership with Colorado’s elected officials and local governments, businesses, and environmental leaders to address our state’s most pressing issues.
